Printhouse Solution's team provide on- and off-site support to ensure continued performance of our customer's systems. In addition to the tailored support packages, the following supports are available:

  A variety of contact methods will put you in touch with us, wherever you are.
  
  
• 9-to-5 service
  Support during standard office hours.
  
  
• On-site support
  We will come to you to service and repair your system equipments.
  
  
• Back-to-base
  We will repair your system equipments and deliver it back to your office.
  
  
• Contract service
  With this service, youll have a 24x7 support by special arrangement, and will supply with a replacement while your equipment is being repaired.
  
  
• Warranties
  All manufacturer's warranties are provided at the time of delivery/installation. We also offer extended warranties which can be covered under Contract service.
